The concept of the restaurant is not that of a typical restaurant. If you desire lunch or dinner you will be served one of the recipes of mama Anila, who beside being the owner of Hotel Idea she also loves to take care of the guests the same way she does with her family. Her passion is cooking and being always appreciated from the people who have tried her dishes, she developed a list of her best reciepes for the guests of the Hotel. The menu differs from the traditional cusine, italian and french. Some of the reciepes are personal creations or mixtures of cusines mainly with local and fresh products.
